How The Live Sessions Work

Our live sessions are designed to give you hands-on practice and expert insights, so you can build real-world test automation skills and confidence. Sessions are held at 8 pm UK time every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, each focused on a different key theme:

  • Monday: Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), Requirements Discovery, and AI in Testing.
  • Tuesday: Java Programming Fundamentals for Testers.
  • Wednesday: Advanced Java Concepts or supplementary topics like performance and visual testing.
  • Thursday: Practical Test Automation with tools like Playwright, Serenity BDD, and RestAssured.

Delivered by industry experts, these sessions ensure you gain practical knowledge and techniques that you can apply in real-world scenarios.

Key Features of the Sessions:

  • Focused Learning Blocks: Topics are often grouped into 3–4 session blocks, allowing for deep dives into specific tools, practices, or techniques.
  • Hands-On Practice: Every session is accompanied by practical exercises and real-world examples to help you master the material.
  • Interactive Q&A: Regular Q&A sessions provide opportunities to address challenges, clarify doubts, and learn collaboratively.
  • Flexible Participation: Whether you’re just starting or joining mid-program, our sessions are designed to stand alone, so you can begin at any time and revisit missed topics in future cycles.

The session topics, along with the corresponding course modules, are shown in the tables below. (Our course administrator will let you know what week we are currently in when you join the program).
